Terms of Service

These Terms govern rights, obligations, and responsibilities between sloki9637 and users of the Service.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the basic rules for using the Service.

2. Definitions

  • Company means sloki9637.
  • Service means web/app services provided by the Company.
  • User means any person using the Service.
  • Member means a registered user.

3. Changes to Terms

  • The Company may amend these Terms as permitted by law.
  • Changes are announced in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Account and Security

  • Users must provide accurate information.
  • Users are responsible for account credentials and security.
  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

5. Service Use

  • The Service is generally available 24/7 unless interrupted for maintenance or operational reasons.
  • The Company may change, suspend, or limit services where necessary.

6. User Conduct

  • No illegal acts, rights infringement, or service disruption.
  • No harmful code, abuse, or unauthorized commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Service-related IP belongs to the Company or licensors.
  • Users retain rights to their own content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party causes, or user fault.

9. Paid Services and Billing

  • Payments for paid services are processed through the app store (Google Play, App Store) payment methods.
  • Prices shown include value-added tax (VAT).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term, and renewal is charged 24 hours before the term ends.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off)

  • Users may request withdrawal within 7 days of purchasing paid content.
  • Requests can be made via the inquiry page (https://www.sloki9637.com/inquiry), by email (admin@sloki9637.com), or by phone.
  • Within 3 business days of receiving the request, the Company will ask the relevant payment provider to stop or cancel the charge and will refund to the original payment method.
  • Withdrawal may be limited where the content has already been used or its value consumed, as set out in applicable law. Even then, purchases with no usage history are refunded.

11. Cancelling a Subscription

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in Google Play > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid term.
  • For a mid-term cancellation with a partial refund, contact the channels listed in Section 10.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to competent courts under applicable law.
