15. Additional Privacy Disclosure for Covered Mobile Apps
This section applies to our mobile apps that use Unity LevelPlay advertising (the "Covered Mobile Apps"). Statements elsewhere in this Policy about accounts, cookies, and website access logs apply to the website. Where a Covered Mobile App has a separate notice, that notice applies to that app.
Advertising and Analytics
The Covered Mobile Apps may include advertising. Ads are mediated through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource). A release may include or request inventory from Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, and AppLovin. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, technical device information such as device, operating system, and app version, language or region information, and advertising impression, interaction, and diagnostic information. These categories are used only to provide non-personalized advertising, measure and manage advertising delivery and frequency, prevent fraud, and operate, maintain, and improve advertising services. Provider processing is governed by the applicable provider privacy policies.
Unity LevelPlay advertising in the Covered Mobile Apps is currently configured for non-personalized ads. The apps do not request consent for personalized ads and do not show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Non-consent and do-not-sell/share signals are passed to advertising providers. This configuration does not itself legally guarantee that a provider will not sell or share information. If personalized ads, tracking, or a consent-management platform (CMP) are introduced in the future, we will update this Policy and the consent flow first.
Through OpenPanel, the Covered Mobile Apps collect an anonymous device-scoped identifier and limited usage events for analytics, stability, and improvement. They do not collect prompts, generated media, filenames, file paths, or AI API keys. Analytics can be disabled in each applicable app's Settings.
OpenScene-Specific Advertising Notice
OpenScene is free and ad-supported. On mobile, a banner ad may appear above the tab bar on project screens (the Timeline, Generation, and Library tabs), and an interstitial ad may appear only after a video export completes successfully. No ads are shown before or during an export, or when an export fails. The desktop version has no ads. There is no paid tier and no feature unlock for watching ads.
