15. Additional Privacy Disclosure for Covered Mobile Apps
This section applies to our mobile apps that use Unity LevelPlay advertising (the "Covered Mobile Apps"). Statements elsewhere in this Policy about accounts, cookies, and website access logs apply to the website. Where a Covered Mobile App has a separate notice, that notice applies to that app.
Advertising and Analytics
The Covered Mobile Apps may include advertising. Ads are mediated through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource). A release may include or request inventory from Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, and AppLovin. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, technical device information such as device, operating system, and app version, language or region information, and advertising impression, interaction, and diagnostic information. These categories are used only to provide non-personalized advertising, measure and manage advertising delivery and frequency, prevent fraud, and operate, maintain, and improve advertising services. Provider processing is governed by the applicable provider privacy policies.
Unity LevelPlay advertising in the Covered Mobile Apps is currently configured for non-personalized ads. The apps do not request consent for personalized ads and do not show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Non-consent and do-not-sell/share signals are passed to advertising providers. This configuration does not itself legally guarantee that a provider will not sell or share information. If personalized ads, tracking, or a consent-management platform (CMP) are introduced in the future, we will update this Policy and the consent flow first.
Through OpenPanel, the Covered Mobile Apps collect an anonymous device-scoped identifier and limited usage events for analytics, stability, and improvement. Only screen paths and the names of a few events are recorded; nothing a user types is collected. Depending on the app that means prompts, generated media, filenames, file paths, AI API keys, birth details, and stories a user writes — none of which are sent. A setting to turn analytics off exists in OpenScene; Saju AI does not have one yet.
Saju AI-Specific Notice
Saju AI has no accounts. There is no sign-in, and it does not ask for a name, email address, or phone number. The only value that separates users is a device key, a hash of a device identifier; the server never sees the original. Deleting the app or resetting the device produces a new one.
What is collected, and for how long: birth details (date, time, birthplace, sex, nickname) are the basis for building the chart and are kept on the device and the server, deleted when not read for 365 days. Reading history (fortune, chart, tarot, compatibility, love summaries) is kept for 90 days so it can be reopened from the archive. Tarot stories and AI-written readings are cached for 30 days so the same inputs are not paid for twice. The app does not read contacts, photos, location, or call history.
To write AI readings, computed chart data (day master, five elements, ten gods, luck pillars, and the like) and the tarot story a user writes are sent to the Gemini API operated by Google LLC. Names and contact details are not sent. The recipient countries are the United States and other regions Google operates in; the purpose is generating the text of a reading; the method is transmission over the network while the service is used; retention is the 30-day cache above. You can use the app without this transfer, in which case only the rule-based readings appear.
Saju AI is ad-supported, and most readings are free. A banner sits at the bottom of the screen, and an interstitial may appear where a screen changes. An interstitial is never shown within 90 seconds of launch, never less than 3 minutes after the previous one, and at most 3 times per run. No banner is placed on the birth-details form or the tarot card picker.
Saju AI includes in-app purchases. When the free daily allowance for a kind of reading is used up, that one reading can be opened by buying it. There is no option to open a reading by watching an ad. These are consumables, not a subscription. Payment itself is handled by the App Store and Google Play; we never receive card numbers or payment details. What the app sends our server is the transaction receipt the store issued. The server verifies it with Apple or Google and then keeps only the list of readings opened for that device key and the transaction identifiers already applied, so one receipt cannot be used twice. A reading you have opened stays open on that device.
You can edit or delete your birth details on the Profile screen and delete records from the reading archive. Deleting the app removes what is stored on the device; server data is deleted after the periods above. For immediate deletion, write to the address below. Saju AI is not directed to children under 14, and readings are for enjoyment and self-reflection rather than medical, legal, or financial judgement.
OpenScene-Specific Advertising Notice
OpenScene is free and ad-supported. On mobile, a banner ad may appear above the tab bar on project screens (the Timeline, Generation, and Library tabs), and an interstitial ad may appear only after a video export completes successfully. No ads are shown before or during an export, or when an export fails. The desktop version has no ads. There is no paid tier and no feature unlock for watching ads.
